RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product delivered; we have a Replacement/Return Policy.
Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the books delivered by us; the reason being may be, torn book, missing pages, book(s) missing, the wrong book shipped, etc.
Buyers need to raise the replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery of the books. Once the replacement request has been raised by contacting us, the following steps shall be followed:
1. Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

Book(s) pages were missing

Wrong book sent
2. An intimation shall be provided to us seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.
3. In case we accepts the replacement request, the buyer shall be required to return the book to us via courier to the address proposed by the customer executive and only after the return of the book(s), we shall be obliged to provide the replacement book to the Buyer.
In case We doesn't have the book at all, we can provide the refund to the buyer and buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the book parameters shall be required to be complied with in case of replacement.
If we doesn't respond to the buyer's replacement request, within ten (10) working days from the date of the replacement request, the refund shall be processed in favour of the buyer and we shall be liable to refund the amount paid to us.
On either side courier charges shall be borne by the buyer.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
You are eligible for a full refund / replacement against a book which has manufacturing defects. Books with defects, are eligible for a full refund or replacement with a new book carrying same title.
Interpretation and Definitions
Intertpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to ask for a replacement or cancel the order, in case of the defective books delivered against Your Order, within 2 working days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 working days from the date on which You received the Books via appointed third party, who is the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse the amount to your account no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Books. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement other than the shipment charges.
Order has Errors
If you receive the book that is different from your order. Please notify inform us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you will receive correct book.
Your order will be priority if Errors are informed to us. In all cases, please return the ordered book to us.
Order Incomplete
In the rare occasion that you do not receive Books that is on your order you paid for, we investigated and will make it up to you.
Please notify that Book not received against your order. You may cancel the missed your ordered Books, and we will refund the amount as received to a credit card, bank transfer or we will refund you with a store credit. If credit card or payment with bank card, the credit and refund may sometime take 15 to 30 days.
Defective

Conditions for Returns In order for the Books to be eligible for a return / replaced, please make sure that:

The following Books cannot be returned:
The supply of Books made to your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Books which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Books may be refunded. Unfortunately, Books on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Books You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Books to us. You should send the Books at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Books damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Books or proof of received return delivery.
For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit. If credit card or payment with bank card, the credit and refund may sometime take 15 to 30 days.
